About

I currently teach in Further Education in a college.

I teach all ages from 16 years and up; currently I teach from Levels 1 to Level 3.  I therefore need to have an understanding of different learning and teaching styles to suit my learner needs.

I have a diverse range of knowledge and experience around the subject of Health and Social care that I draw from to teach my specialism.

My learners come from various backgrounds and stages in their life; from school to further progress their learning in their chosen area, I also have learners from the Job centre on re-introduction courses to help them find work in the Health and social care sector and I have other learners who are adults wishing to go onto access to higher education.

My background is in Community care for people with physical disabilities; Dementia; Learning Disabilities; Autism; Asperger’s; Mental Health;
